dang these things are good, my sister brought these over last weekend. today I kinda under ate so I just munched down on a bowl of these

    Oh I got some at Costco. Mine are Multigrain & Seed. Very tasty and not too calorific. Usually have some with my cottage cheese at lunch, adds a bit of crunch.
