Back Again...and Looking for Friends!

Hi Everyone! I have been on here many times, deleted my account because I wasn't sticking to it and then feeling lost and signing up again. This will be the last time I sign up, so I have to lose the weight this time.

My short term weight loss goal is to fit into my Tae Kwon Do uniform. I stick out like a sore thumb in class and I don't want to. I love being active, but it is really hard right now.

I am 29 but some days feel like I am 80. I have a few injuries that I am just coming back from and hope that I can keep them from returning. I also work shift work which makes things even more difficult sometimes.
