hello everyone!! I have been here on and off over the last year, kinda just playing around with the exercises, but never really being consistant with it. This time im ready to be consistant. Although, I dont really know much about these sites and how they work, as ive always lost weight the unhealthy way and it worked!! HOWEVER, I DO kno only the very basics about nutrition and exercise. I have made MANY food changes, (organic included) pretty recently, and last november I quit smoking, but very quickly became addicted to food. . particularly SUGAR. I also have trouble with portion control, (Iam CONSTANTLY thinking about food, and as funny as this sounds) i also have a very difficult time with the fact that not eating to lose weight is such an unhealthy choice, so I could use all the help i can get from you guys!!
