395 cals left

any suggestions on how to choose 395 calories wisely, thats what I have left and all i can think about is sweet. . (fruit and cereal) my goal is 55% for carbs. . Im at 76%, the bulk of my carbs come from breakfast. . SOOO, any suggestions on what to eat that will keep me semi satisfied that wont put me over 395cals will be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks guys!
