Who's into flexible dieting and following If It Fits Your Macros? I just started tracking my macros more seriously and I would love some tips :)

    Lost 170lbs on IIFYM. My advice would be remember it's not an excuse or a challenge to squeeze in as much junk food as your calories allow. Hit your macros with the healthiest choices but have a treat. It's a laid back approach but the idea is to hit those numbers with the most micronutrient packed foods. Don't be afraid to eat what the world considers unhealthy, just don't over do it. Watch your portion sizes and enjoy your life.
