    What are your stats? Going by your ticker you seem to already be at a good weight, so that much that quickly might not be a good thing.

    Iam a type that gain weight and could loose them really fast... I just need to keep in track to stop gainning back my lose weight :)

    160cm??? But iam the type that fat accumulate on my limbs and face ;(( so i look really chubby

    You're right in the middle of a healthy BMI and your goal would put you as underweight. You shouldn't be losing, and instead should look into a body recomposition.
