What are some non-gym exercises that you do and enjoy?

Cycling and running are my primary interests. Actually, cycling, then everything else... but I also enjoy almost anything outdoors with my dog and/or kids. I've also been known to kayak, hike, ski, snowshoe...0

I really enjoy taking walks. 45-60 minutes at a time usually 5x a week during the warmer weather. Now that it is winter, I am more likely to walk on the treadmill, but I did walk nearly 4 miles outside yesterday.0

I'm into aerial circus arts, like aerial silks, lyra (a hoop thing), and pole (duh). I also like to mountain bike and bike around town when the weather is nice. I'm not an avid hiker, but I do like to hit the trails with a backpack.0

I try to get a rugby match in here and there. I don't play regularly anymore but it is still a lot of fun and I also use it to gauge my fitness level.0

Running, walks/hikes, dancing, HIIT (FitnessBlender has some great videos), weights/weight circuits at home.0
