T-25 and Stronglifts

I am currently doing Stronglifts 5x5 3 times a week and was considering adding in T-25 on the 3 off days in the week. I also 5:2 fast and play 18 holes of golf at least once a week pushing my cart I also hit the golf range once or twice a week for half an hour to an hour. I don't have a ton of weight to lose and realize adding in T-25 I would need to recalculate my TDEE.

My question is this though. Has anyone done this or anything similar and how did youR lifts fair? I am not willing to sacrifice my progress in Stronglifts.

Thank you

Sorry but it doesn't help much. Because of the Stronglifts Schedule I can't do a 2 days on 1 day off split. Stronglifts is every other day. Also the article doesn't go into my specific question, will doing a intense yet short cardio session on the days I am not lifting, coupled with my diet make me stall out on strong lifts sooner? Currently I haven't come close to stalling and I would like to keep it that way for as long as possible. I understand at some point because I am eating at a deficit I will stall eventually, I just don't want to get there any more rapidly because of a HITT cardio session 3 times a week.
