PCOS.. OVER 40? TTC?

Options
I'm all the above. I'm going to do this till I run out of ever single option there is, but I am hopeful and completely believe I'll conceive and I won't change this way of thinking till I'm proven wrong. Anyone else out there in the same boat? Would love some new friends and support and give the same in return. We can do this, together. It really does help.

Are you trying to get professional help (reproductive endocrinologist?). The truth is that you're QUICKLY running out of viable eggs...and if you have PCOS on top of it, you're probably only ovulating once in a blue moon. Add in the increased risk of Down's and miscarriage after age 35, you're running a high risk of deep regret and sorrow.

I don't know your situation, but if you haven't talked to a specialist yet (not just your regular Ob/Gyn..but they should be helping you too), then you SHOULD. Even if you conceive naturally, you are already a "high risk" pregnancy due to your age. You should also be on prenatal vitamins, if you aren't.

Not trying to bum you out....trying to point you in the right direction so you can achieve your goal of pregnancy as quickly and safely as possible. "Wishing" for it to happen just isn't always the best option. Good Luck!!!

Personally, I conceived naturally after 40 and I know several women who have as well. Feel free to message me.
