I started this Journey June 30, 2014. I lost 30lbs the first 90 days. I fell in October. I haven't been able to walk as much though I keep trying. With stresses of every day life I am falling into old coping strategies. I put on 6 lbs recently. Walking was my outlet. . . . . .
How did you change your coping strategies so you didn't fall back into old habits. . . .

I surrounded myself with people who encourage me and keep me accountable every day. Feel free to add me for support. ankdworak

As hard as it is, you should probably try to not walk for a while to completely heal. If you keep trying every now and then you may be prolonging the healing process. I don't know exactly what injuries you're dealing with though, so that may not apply.

If you can't walk, set aside your scheduled workout time every day anyway and do some seated arm exercises or just decide that that time is for your health and if it can't be physical movement right now, maybe meditate and just be with your thoughts. That way you don't get out of the exercise habit. Good luck!

There are seated exercises on you tube. Do a daily routine of one of those. Probably not the same calorie burn, but it will keep you active.
Since your calorie burn has been less since your fall, you may want to re-evaluate your intake.
What has your doctor recommended for physio for your leg? When can you start using it again?
Could your leg take using a stationary bike at the gym?
You may get better advice if we knew what the injury is and the prognosis.

    Cheers, h.
