Progress/Initial goal achieved - 50 lbs down w/ Pics

I have been an off and on user of MFP for a few years with previous losses followed by gains. I turned 45 last June and as a 6'1" man, I am found myself in the morbidly obese category in terms of BMI. I decided I needed to get serious again so I started to follow the Eating for Life strategy for nutrition and also began to walk/run. Of course I overdid it and injured my knee which was a setback but it also made me realize I did not know enough to exercise safely so I found a trainer in September. I had worked with a trainer before but had not since I moved 5 years ago. Although I have a long way to go, I just met my initial goal to lose 50 lbs before Christmas. This first pic is actually from a couple of summers ago when my wife and I were at a pool party and I was at or near my max weight of 362 lbs.
This 2nd pic was taken after my elliptical workout and a short run this past Saturday.
My next goal is to lose anther 50 lbs before my birthday which is June 13th. That will also be 100 lbs lost from my heaviest in a little less than one year since I started trying to lose weight again last June. I have been creeping on the success board for weeks enjoying the stories of success and waiting patiently until I could make this first post. Feel free to send me a friend request as it never hurts to have someone for motivation or accountability.
