My name is Liz and I am ready to completely undo a lifetime of poor eating habits, After reading many books on nutrition I have decided the right one for me is by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. My new eating lifestyle will focus completely of ...Greens, Beans, Onions ,Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds. If anyone else is following or is planning on following the Joel Fuhrman lifestyle I would love to buddy up with you.

    Hi liz, ive lost 25kg(50)pounds? in 4 months, with dr Fuhrman and Mc Dougall.

    It helped me to change my lifestyle. Every week i watched documentaires of them. This kept me educated and motivated.

    Fork over knives did help also.
