I'm upset...Small gain, but it's a big deal to me.

I just need a place to vent. I have been busting my *kitten* for 3 months to lose those last 3 pounds towards my first goal weight. When I finally reached it, I was ecstatic! But now, it's been a few weeks and I'll admit, I've been a little lazy. I haven't been working out as much as I should, but it's not like I drastically stopped everything.
I know it's not my nutrition. By now, I have totally turned my eating habits around. I would never feed my body the crap I used to. And I have had a couple slip-up days, but usually I am a very healthy eater.
But for some reason, in 2 weeks I've gained 4 pounds back. WTF!? How in the hell did I gain those last 3 stubborn pounds back plus one souvenir?
Just from being a little less active? What do I have to do to reach my ultimate goal weight? Run a marathon every day? I know it takes time. I have lost 35 pounds very slowly, which I am happy about, but at the same time. I am feeling very frustrated. I wish I was the type of person that just needs to workout to get out their stresses, but the opposite is true for me. When I feel stressed, I want to eat more junk and just be lazy around my house.
I know that I need to get back into it, but it is just so frustrating when things like this happen. 4 fricking pounds. In 2 weeks. After busting my *kitten* for 3 months to get rid of those last 3. UGH!

Are you sure you aren't just retaining water?0

It's probably just water, but...have you recalculated your goals recently?0

don't get too wrapped up in 4 pounds. post some pics and read the feedback to see where you really stand. I don't even look at the scale because it can be very frustrating.0

If you have gotten a bit lazy about exercising then when you DO exercise your muscles are going to retain more water.0
