Kinda New

Hey all! I am kinda new. I've used this site before a few years ago and lost a good amount of weight, but then I fell of the wagon after getting married and adjusting to living with my not so healthy husband. I've been off and on following IIFYM for a year and doing a few lifting programs. I am officially starting to follow IIFYM 100% and stick to a program. I feel like I was successful the first time because I used this site a lot and had many friends on here with similar goals. So here I am again :)
