I have big breasts a 36 DD bra size. This past Sunday I took my first Zumba class. Today I woke up in pain in my back due to my breasts and Zumba. I do own an Enell sport bra, but was wondering if any other big breastfed women could share some tips on how to protect your back and still lose weight

I'm a 38E and wear Shock Absorber and Panache sports bras. They are extremely supportive. I would recommend purchasing one if you can.

    Otherwise:
    • Use a heating pad.
    • Take Advil
    • Double up on sports bras.
    • Do a different workout.

I am only a 34D and normally do okay in normal sports bras, but I loved the TaTa Tamer II from lululemon when I was doing a lot of running. It comes in D and up. Very supportive, although very expensive. Maybe try one on if there is a store near you.

I started as a 38H (currently wear a 30FF), and I love the Panache underwire sports bra (it's their 5021 style). I run, jump, twist and turn all without bouncing around and no pain ever.

I was a 36FF (after two babies) and currently a 34F, and I have wearing shock absorber and freya active (underwired) bras. And I have never needed to double up on bras.

I like this one, too. I wear 32F/34DD and the 34DD fits well and suppresses the "bounce" with an upper cup support band to keep them from jumping up when I do.

I am an "I" (aka GGG) I wear a well fitting back support bra for daily wear and walking. I wear a swimsuit with hard cups for my water aerobics class and always stand bust high in the water so they are supported by the water.

Since I started losing, I have gone down 3 band sizes and up 4 cup sizes :#
