Hello! I'm from California :D I've recently lost 25 pounds on Medifast. I'd like to lose another 10 but I've slowed way down and have been the same weight for 2 months. I am getting a FitBit for Christmas (Is is better than the Jawbone UP?) I would like to be part of this forum!
