I have my first triathlon coming up in a little over 6 months.
I am super nervous. The biggest thing I have completed is my 2nd 5k in 41 minutes.
This might kill me!
6 miles canoing (I have never canoed!), 5.5 miles running (I have never ran this much) and 18 miles biking (I have only done 7 miles before)!
We start training next month with a trainer but it won't be something I do with her all the time. I do go to a gym..
I need some tips from people that have completed this.
I know I need to start lifting to be able to do the canoing. Any certain weight training better than others?
