way too many fruit/veggies...!

I really overdid the veggies today... had that empty, 'eat everything' feeling and ended up eating like literally 4lbs of tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, carrots, radishes, pineapple, berries and papaya (along with my usual meals). I am not way over my calorie goal for the day (1500), but am very uncomfortably full as such an enormous volume of food was consumed. I am very petite and have no idea how so much food managed to fit in my belly ahaha! Any ideas on how to relieve some of this bloating and reduce this full feeling? am trying to drink water to aid the digestion but its difficult with such a limited stomach capacity haha.
thanks in advance:)

All the advice above, and a tablespoon of flax oil. Probiotic pills might help stir things up, too.0

I agree with black coffee, water, resting or walking or both and just... waiting for the poop to come.0
