Hi,
I am new to My Fitness Pal.
I have removed wheat flour and food containing wheat or gluten from my diet and have to look for replacement foods for meals and recipes that are both filling and tasty.

You can still eat potatoes and rice. Use your rice and potato recipes. The only thing you are going to miss are sandwiches, pasta, and pizza.0

I've started using rice pasta for some of the carbs and also sweet potatoes as another alternative.
I'll look at the rice and potato recipes, which will help tremendously for ideas.0
