Anyone know any good sites to develop a workout routine?
Sadly I must admit I never have actually worked out properly. I was naturally skinny my whole life. until age kicked in haha. Now i realize the importance of it. and have no idea where to start. My neighborhood has a limited amount of equipment but I do not plan on joining a gym (saving up for a wedding$$).

there is an app you can get for your phone called jefit. there are hundreds of pre made workouts. If you plan on working out at home though I had alot of success with Jillian Michaels total body revolution. I completed 3 rounds of the 90 day program before I got bored and joined a gym.0

Jefit like the PP suggested.
Bodybuilding.com also has some.
"You are your own gym" is a book you can get for pretty cheap.
"Convict training" is another book that uses only your own bodyweight for training.0
