Just curious as I see lots of Brits, Canadians and the odd Australian, Kiwi or Irish person.
If you are from another country where are you from? Does a similar website exist in your language? Why did you choose MFP?

    I am from Caracas, Venezuela and love to meet people from all parts of the globe. Welcome to MyFitnessPal and good luck. I am stuck on 10 or 11 pounds; any advice is welcome.

    Originally from an English speaking country but I live in Japan and rarely speak English outside of the internet.

    Also similar Japanese websites are a bit unhealthy in the way they approach weight loss so I chose MFP.

    Oooops..I forgot to answer your questions. I am not sure if there is a similar website, but I really like this one. I will ask one of my sisters about it since I really should know that. I love MFP because it is the only way I have been able to lose weight and keep it up. I think of it as a game.
