    If you're a runner you will probably need carbs...cut them out and you lose water weight but it springs back as soon as you eat properly again

    Eat to a calorie defecit, don't restrict foods ...it works

    Weigh all your food, fuel your body appropriately

    How much do you have to lose? Because almost 2lb a week is a target for people with over 75lbs to go ..if it's only 11lbs total you need to slow it down because you'll cannibalise too much LBM
