I'm so confused.....

Or maybe my body is. Yesterday I had higher calorie breakfast & lunch than today, & I was hungry all day. Today was lighter, I exercised & was well under my projected calories for the day. I thought, great, I can have a few Christmas cookies! I had 1 small one & that's it. Still under my calories for the day. I figure a slight deficit for the next couple of heavier eating days should be good. I just don't know why I'm starving some days & not interested on others.

Higher calorie does not necessarily equal satiation. If you had something high cal and high carb, you might get hungry again sooner if you had something with higher protein. What was your breakfast and lunch yesterday?0
