so my husband is thinking about losing weight, especially since I had my brother come over yesterday to do my measurements and also had me use an Omron body fat analyzer (he's a personal trainer for a gym). So when my husband used the device to see his body fat, he was shocked to see that it read out something like 60 lbs of fat! Here are the stats of my husband:
height: 6' 6"
weight: 272 lbs (just weighed yesterday)
Age: 30 (will be in two weeks anyway)
I calculated his basal calories as being something like 3100 calories a day, yet today and usually every day he probably only eats maybe half that. He is not active at all, and is an I.T. professionally. Does he just need to get active or what?
