I plan on starting that after the New year.I think hubby and I will go to the gym for 1 1/2 hours twice a week and start there.Im not sure how to work it so I don't get home too late and that's the only thing I can think of doing. He is not to excited about it but we have got to start somewhere and it is better than recliner diving.I use a cane so I am a little worried about how to get in and out of the pool without my cane.Pools are not that easy to get into and out of. For the lady using the coconut oil do you just get capsules?or do you get the kind you cook with?

Have you seen inside your pool ? my new one has grab rails and steps (not a ladder) and even a wheelchair platform - so if you are in luck maybe the access will not be so bad. Or why not ask in advance if a staff team member can help you - i am sure they would be pleased to help you stay steady. Good luck.

What was the lady doing with the coconut oil?

Generally you buy it in bottles from the supermarket or health food store and use it instead of olive oil for cooking. It takes a bit of getting used to the taste and some brands are less coconutty then others.

    Good luck with the swimming.
