Have you noticed your body popping and cracking in places it didn't use to? When I first started weight training, I cared very little about stretching, warming up, and mobility.
Almost three years later, I can't stress how important it is for me to do before participating in a heavy lifting session. In the mornings and right after a workout you can hear a very soft pop in my left rotator cuff when I spin my arm a full 360 degrees. Other times my knees will pop really loud if I sit too long and they've never done that before. Maybe I'm just getting older?
Does anybody relate?

Heh my family as a whole has really noisy joints. Now that we're all up there age-wise, when we get together it's like Rice Krispies - snap, crackle and pop!0
