Hey there. I have a kidney issue that requires me to go light on the lifting front. Do any of you trainers out there have any ideas for a set of exercises I can do WITHOUT activating too much ab work? I know this is a tall order, but I thought I would ask.

    2nd this.

The only other specific thing I'd be comfortably saying would be bands- those are forgiving- but can be a great workout- not a replacement for weights- but something to tide you over till you're ready to rock and roll again.
