It was hard to stick to my diet today, but I did it. I had cottage cheese and peaches for lunch. But I cooked for my family. It was not a huge spread, but their favorites. I am so proud of myself, to keeping my willpower strong. I weighed this morning and have lost 15 pounds since starting, and kept myself from partaking by thinking how long it would take me to burn those calories off.

Not a ham fan, but those sides look so good! I wished you could have partaken a little though. Just my dad and I, so I didnt cook a big meal. We went out to a restaurant instead.
