Curvy girl looking for muscle

I'm looking for friends who are looking to be healthy and gain toned, lean muscles rather than just being skinny! I don't expect my weight to drop much because if I'm really in shape, it'll stay the same as my fat gets transformed into muscle. Add me! I'd love some support!

I've been lifting for 8-9 weeks now, doing stronglifts 5x5 and now 5/3/1 and loving it. I'm looking to be muscular with curves as well.0

A most excellent goal, bravo0

I literally have an hourglass shape (36-27-36), so I'm definitely not looking to get skinny, because needless to say, it's not even possible. I weigh 131 lbs, but I'm mainly just looking to lower my body fat percentage to about 18%. I'm currently at 22%. Honestly, if I reach my bf% goal but end up gaining weight, I wouldn't even care!! Feel free to add me:)0

fat can't change into muscle, but you can change your body with strength training.0

forget the main public forums here. you'll get lots of dubious advice. go to the groups to find better moderation and quality of information. here are 2 worth checking out to see if they match your goals...

True! The two best groups on MFP, IMO.0 -
Ooh, me! I'm hourglass, no hope of skinny, so I'm shooting for strong instead. I lift (not huge, but working towards), do ballet, jog poorly and ride horses. And coach badminton and Kindy Sports once a week each. Be my friend!0
