Looking for help and critique on my workout routine

Hey everyone, I live pretty close to a gym and I try to go there whenever I can, using the routine that a personal trainer gave me 2 years ago. I'm going to go through it here, and please tell me if theres anything you think I could switch up or add to it! (sorry if I don't know the official names of things, the trainer never told me them)
I get to the gym, start walking for 10 minutes at a moderate pace, enough to get my heart pumping slightly but not uncomfortably. I then move over to the strength machines, frankly I have no idea what they're called, but theres the one you lay down and raise your legs, one you sit and push the weight away from you, another I pull the weight towards me with my arms, and one I raise weight above me with my arms. I do maybe 2 sets, 10 reps, and I keep the weight pretty low because a. I'm a total wimp, and b. I have no muscle at all.
After the machines, I go over to the free weight area, and I sit and pull the bar down to me, do bicep curls with 8lbs, raise arms at side with weights, punch to ground while horizontal, raise arms in front, squats without weights, and then I focus on core, standing on that seatless chair thing and raising legs up to chest, then v-sit with a medicine ball in the middle, then every 30 seconds twisting from side to side with the medicine ball, and then planking and side planking. 2 sets, 10 reps each, same as above for everything.
When I'm done all that, I do 10-20 minute stretching and head home! I feel like I'm doing my all, I don't push too hard because I don't want to injure myself because I really am weak, and I can't add pushups to my routine because of a wrist injury. I'm looking to add something to my routine, mostly because I'm bored of it, and I don't know if I'm doing it all in the right order. I'd like to have something simple to follow, and I like doing it by myself in the gym on my own time vs. doing a group fitness activity. I do cardio every now and then, trying to get into the swing of it, but usually I do a walk/jog interval for 30 minutes, or an hour long walk.
Any help is appreciated!
