Going to do this again

I was doing really good for a while and then had both ankles reconstructed and some dead bone taken out of both feet. It has been two and a half years and still having some problems in one foot. I am ready to try and get my weight back down 30-35 pounds. I know some people think that isn't much weight but it is if you are short and small boned. I really need some group motivation. I teach junior high and am recertifying so really busy, but I am thinking of purchasing a mini trampoline for the less impact on ankles. Any suggestions? Not to mention it is extremely cold and windy outside in the White Mountains of Arizona. Thanks
