Holiday weight

Once again the holidays have rolled around. And New Years in right around the corner. And I am Absolutely terrified to stand on the scale and see the number sky rocket. And of course, all my relatives have either given me money or candy. And I really want to use some of that money to spoil myself and get some new clothes. What should I do about my weight? I'm sorry this discussion is not very clear. What should I do to easily lose the holiday weight, and hopefully more. I'm not very good at this weight loss thing.

Weight loss comes from a deficit.
  • Your weight on the scale does not determine your clothes size; rather it is about your body composition and how you carry your weight. Whether you weigh or not, it will not impact your shopping trip.

If you're looking to lose weight, your best bet is to share the candy you recieved with others or to eat it very slowly (I allow myself to eat up to a serving of candy daily, so it lasts awhile). Next, figure out what your weight loss goals are (calorie and exercise). Depending on how much you recieved, you may want to put part toward your weight loss goals and save the rest for your after wardrobe.

    Hopefully this helps!
