How/should I adjust my calories and macros?

I've been steadily losing a little weight instead of maintaining on the amount I'm eating. I guess I should increase but by how much should I? My current macros sit at 203c/54f/81p. I'm eating roughly 1,498 calories. Thanks!

Depends on what your goals are, losing or gaining..0

It kind of depends how much weight you are losing weekly. If its .5 pounds a week maybe up by 250 a day and see how that goes for a couple weeks.0

Since you don't appear to be getting quite enough calories for maintenance, you might try tracking your steps and adding them as exercise. It is a good way to add some calories to your daily goal and acts as an encouragement to be out and around. If that sounds like too much trouble just do as others have said and slightly increase your calorie goal until you stop losing. Maintenance takes a bit of fine tuning to figure out. Continuing to track helps immensely.0
