Losing body fat without dropping anymore weight. Proportion issues.

Hello all,
About me:
Male, 20 year old, 160 pounds, 5'10 32 waist size
I recently dropped 52 lbs over the last 5 months and have undergone a change in lifestyle (you can read about my journey till October here:
community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10005421/from-being-sedentary-to-losing-47-pounds-in-3-months
Okay so even though I 'look' in shape in most things I'm wearing, I haven't reduced in proportions I would have want to. So people who have been through the same journey, I would love if you could help me out (or just tell me I am paranoid) for the following things:
1. I look pretty thin and lean in whatever I wear but I lift my shirt up and belly fat pops out. It's been reducing slowly lately when compared to the rest of my body. (like the lower rib area).
2. I have relatively hard chest muscles, but chest fat below it that is persisting a little.
3. My upper body has shrunk a lot in width and girth (that makes the fat bulges invisible in regular clothing) but my thinnest area (lower rib) has become too thin for someone my height and weight.
4. My forearm is thin (regular to my body size) but my biceps are significantly larger (with a bit of fat). I look funny wearing a sleeveless, as my upper body seems that of a 150 pound guy and arms of a 180 pound guy.
5. I have large muscular thighs, great I know, (but doesn't go well with the seemingly skinny fat upper body)
6. Stretch marks all over the upper body. Any suggestions?
Note: I had lot of chest and belly fat to begin with ever since I started. Did moderate weight training and pushups, squats, lunges (basic BWs) for 3 months of weight loss. Haven't been in the gym for past two months due to exams. However I make sure to walk for 30-45 minutes each day and do a couple of sets of basic BWs.
Diet: 1700-1800 calories a day with around 100-120g of protein. It's clean, mostly.
I'll be joining the gym again after new years and would really appreciate some suggestions to 'actually' get in shape.

Do the stronglifts 5x5 programme - you'll see some great changes. I also think you could eat a lot more food at this point. I'd go to maintenance (use the Scooby Workshop calculator) or a minor, minor cut.0
