Feeling good today!!

My official weigh in day is Saturday, but as of this morning (7 weeks in, in a time frame that included Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve/Day) I am down 20 lbs!! I also have more energy, & though I still don't like waking up early :( , I don't have as much trouble doing it either. Still don't enjoy exercising, but I've been able to increase my speed a bit on the treadmill. Will be looking for someone to help me with the weight machines at my work fitness center. Yesterday, at mom's for Christmas, I spent more time up on my feet & helping hand out gifts, clean up, help with the cooking, than I did having the hors d'oeuvres. Enjoyed my food, tracked it all, and going over didn't bother me, because I know that it will balance out.
I've done this several times before, & finally feel like this time it may actually stick. I sure hope so, anyway.

Even better when this morning (official weigh in, 21.5 lbs down) I realized I miscounted & it's only been 6 weeks!!
