Activity Level Help

Hi all, I have just started a second job so I'm now up to full time hours. Both jobs are somewhat physical, one is in housekeeping and the other is in healthcare for the elderly. Both jobs require me to spend the majority of my day on my feet. So for this program I have my activity level set at lightly active and I'm wondering if that sounds about right. I've also seen people who keep the activity level set at sedentary and then they just use a heart rate monitor to keep track of what they're doing extra in order to figure out what their calorie intake should be. Any suggestions on which way works best?
