Help with maintenance please???

I've been trying to maintain for awhile. Was eating 1700-1900 and doing so, but with stress slipped to 1500-1700 since about late November. I figured I would have lost a bit of weight but really didn't (a pound or so). Why is this? Should I go back to my pervious calorie amount or will I now gain on that? If so, should I increase all at once or in increments?
Any insight? I'm pretty confused!

    All you can do is log and add calories ( I like to add avocado and /or Omega 3 rich nuts ) to continue to learn how much activity (exercise) and intake (food) it takes to be a healthy happy person... we have all gone thru it!
