Hello everyone!

My name is Kay and I'm 28 years old. I'm 5"2 and 170lbs. My goal is to drop 40lbs and be back to my pre-wedding size which was about 2 and half years ago.

I am not comfortable with the way I look atm and I know I was so much happier when I was lighter and looked a lot better in a bikini!

Please add me as your friend I have just started a group so check it out. I have the TurboFire DVD (beachbody) which I am going to start on December 28 2014 - I'd love to have some other people join my group so that we can get fit together. I am determined this time, I've had enough of saying I'm going to and then don't.
