Hi

I'm new to the forums so hopefully this post hasn't ended up in the wrong section!Apologies in advance if it is!

My reason for posting is that I cannot view my weekly calories in the graph view as originally set out. Is this due to an upgrade in software? It's a step in the wrong direction since the totals and accompanying info is so tiny it's almost a waste of time these days checking them out where as I used to enjoy seeing how well I had stayed on track during the week with the previous view , the upgraded version doesn't appeal.

Can it be changed to the old format again? Or do I have to wait for another upgrade or simply tolerate it?
Hope someone knows the answer.

Are you referring to the weekly net calorie graph? On Android Nutrition > Weekly > Bar Graph, if I tap one of the bars, all of the numbers pop up above the bars (see the screen capture). They are somewhat small, but I can read them, even at my age. :)

    Hi CyberTone

Thank you for your response. Sadly the screen dump of your weekly calorie intake is how mine use to appear and I miss it. All I get is a mini version of your graph above and it's so annoying.

Do you know how I could contact a help desk or such to sort this out just in case the problem is my mobile? I guess I could use the app without it but it's nice to view the whole weeks achievements B-)

Have a good new years & hope you managed to get past the Xmas calorie hurdles!

On Android app, navigate to Help > FAQs / Feedback > Contact Us - Email Us
On the Web, click on Help at the upper right of any webpage and then click Or Email Us just below the Post a Public Question button.

Hey, I estimated 3700 Cals for Christmas Day, at least one third of that in chocolate of some sort, so it was a successful day.

Hi again. Thank you for your help. I've sent the team an email with fingers crossed, it'll be fixed one way or another ( hopefully!)

Best wishes for New Years, have a good one!
