Advice pleeeease?

I'm on a 1800 - 2000 calorie diet and today I haven't been able to eat any food until 4.30 ( I know very bad) but I was no wondering how much I should eat now? all 1800 calories or just the normal amount I have past 4? and I was also wondering what sort of effect this will have on my body.. thanks everyone

  • I used to always do this on school days and then I would be sooo hungry after I got home. Then I would binge. I would recommend doing the exact opposite of that sooo just eat a bunch of small meals until bed time. None of the meals should be so big that they make you sleepy. If you're under calories today oh well...

    Eat the whole amount if you can. Some people do this on purpose all the time and call it 'intermittent fasting'. Shouldn't hurt you at all.
