...to get my *kitten* back in shape! That's it. I'm doing it. Watch out 2015!!! Who's with me?
What's your plan of action?
Here's mine:
1) Cut out crappy, processed sugars/starches - focus on unprocessed foods
2) Drink 100oz water a day
3) Walk 30 min every day
4) Do "couch to 5K" program 3x/week
5) Strength train 3x/week
I have approximately 80 pounds that I'm going to lose. I'll be back at the end of next year to post before and after pictures :-) I'm making this happen once and for all!

Hope you have a good healthy year!
I'm going to keep doing what I started back in October. If my progress stays the same then I should be at my goal around summer. Then I need to decide what to do then.0
