HRM Callibration

Awhile back I found a thread on MFP about how to callibrate HRMs to more accurately display calories burned. It involved a process of finding your TDEE and body fat percentage and doing some adding and subtracting to find the age you should set your HRM at.

Does anyone happen to know where that thread is?
