Saying hello and buddy offer

Greetings all.

I'm bouncing between 280 and 295 and have been for a few months now. That is down from somewhere above 380 (I'm not sure how much above because I didn't have a scale that could handle more and was ashamed to go to the doctor). I've lost the weight over the past 4 years through just diet changes.

There are a few minor medical issues that have come up that necessitate needing to take tighter control over what I am eating and I'm tired of the slow pace of weight loss. I'm hoping to start losing 2 pounds a week.

I'm willing to buddy with anyone if you are interested. I'm going into this with a "will-not-fail" mindset so buddies are not so important to me but there is nothing bad about extra motivation. =)
