Does this sound like a good plan? ( 18 years old, 5,1, 1500 calories, Kayla Itsines...)?

Hey everyone! I'm new here on MFP with a goal to lose about 15 pounds. Currently i am at a healthy weight, however i have a high body fat percent for sure and look much heavier than i am. I weigh about 115 and am 5'0. My goal is to lose about 15 pounds healthily, not in some quick fix way. I don't believe in fad diets, and want to achieve my goal healthily and in a way i can maintain.
According to iifym.com:
BMR: 1224
TDEE ( with no exercise, just daily activities): 1469
So i plan to workout 6x a week. 3x a week doing Kayla Itsines high intensity resistance circuits, and 3x a week cardio. According to my polar watch, i burn approximately 500 cals per workout. So my TDEE 1469+500=1969. So i was figuring eating 1500 cals would be a good amount? Suggestions? Does this sound okay? I just feel like it is a lot since i am only 5'0 and already fairly small, but according to these calculations that's a reasonable number. Any input is appreciated!

    Your weight is fine.
Your plan to drop to 100lb -I would ask you to think seriously about.
    Also, reconsider your calorie intake.
At 1500, which is only just above your 'no exercise' TDEE, you are going to get tired easily and this may lead to you abandoning your plan. ( .5lb a week is a good goal )
If you are looking at re-shaping your body, that will take strength training. Cardio is good for lung and heart function.
I am old enough to be your grandma, am 5'1, and weigh 100 lb.( ave out at 105) so I do know where you are coming from, and have a good idea of where you want to be. Please message me, or friend, if you wish to talk about long term goals.

    Happy Holidays, h.

I would try lifting weights for a re-comp and forget about losing anymore.

Great advice! I second it. I'm 5'1.5" and eat around 1400-1500 when I exercise, but I'm also 56 years old. I can't see an 18-year-old who is active surviving on that level of calories. Try strength training to change your body shape and build more lean muscle.
