OK so I've had this account for a few years but, like my gym membership, I haven't made much use of it recently. For awhile I was big into running and I had dropped 20 lbs but it's back. I'm not getting any younger and my body doesn't handle my bad habits like it used to so here i am. Could use some friends and support so feel free to add me. Seriously, I haven't figured out how to add people yet lol!!

    There is a friend request on the way to you, should you choose to accept it. For future reference, if you go to a member profile there is a green button towards the top of the page 'Add as Friend', after that you can type and optional message on the next page and then send the request.
