Hello, my name is Hans and I started on this fitness journey (again) in September. I came back from Germany at 220 lbs. Too many Beers, Bratwursts, Schnitzels and all that other great German foods, chocolates and cakes.
My first goal was to get my weight down to 200 lbs. by New Years, I was at 201lbs. at my last "official" weigh in... this morning I weighed 204 lbs. but that's most likely water I'm retaining from all the Christmas foods I had over the last couple of days. I hope, anyway.
My next goal is 175 -180 lbs. by Spring... although I'm not that concerned about the weight as much as the body fat. I'm weightlifting and doing some cardio 5 days a week... I might add another day of cardio and bodyweight exercises.
Feel free to add me... and if you happen to be in the NY area... I'd be willing to walk, hike, or bike with a partner in the mornings, especially when it gets warmer.
