Interest in a weight-loss challenge? :)

Roller-coaster mania has been the theme for 2014 for me. It's time for 2015 to be productive. So, why not start with a challenge? I've been on MFP for a little over a year (consistently), and I love the accountability of challenges. In the past, I've done short challenges (under 6 weeks) and that allows us to see some change. However, I love the idea of starting 2015 with a long-term challenge. And, holiday challenges are fun.
14 weeks, 95 days of transforming ourselves before Easter.
Start the challenge Sunday, December 28th and end Sunday, April 5th.

There are two components. Feel free to opt into one or both.
Challenge 1: Drop or Maintain your weight. This challenge has a weekly weigh-in between Thursday and Sunday at midnight (Mountain Standard Time). I'll enter everyone's data into the spreadsheet and will post the results each week! It's amazing to see how much weight we lose as a group. You set your challenge goal and work toward that each day with choices you make. This group is a forum for jumping in with a great group of people!!!
Challenge 2: Weight-loss is wonderful! However, if we don't change our habits, the weight-loss may not stick around (aka yo-yo). So, part two is a daily challenge. What is something you want to add to your life every day? Or, what is something you wish to delete? Every day I'll open a thread where you can post whether you met your desired habit change or not. In my reading, most people say a habit is formed in 21-66 days. This challenge is 95 days. Perfect for selecting and meeting a habit change. For this challenge, you decide how many of the 95 days you wish to meet your habit change (i.e. I want to do XYZ for 75 of the 95 days).
As I've never ran a group with two challenges, this group will be limited to 100 participants! Please let me know if you have questions!
