when i started I could only run 2 miles. It takes time, but anybody can do it. I was really out of shape when I started.

Curious about your training progress and what you do to train. Any suggestions? I'm training for a half marathon in mid-April, but I'm concerned that I'm too out of practice and overweight. Dropping some weight will help, but...

When you say you run 35 miles a week, is that five per day? I'm running an hour each day, which should equate to six miles at the pace I go, but I'm still feeling pretty weak and very sore at the end of the day.

I use endomondo running app. I started out with the couch to 5k training and worked my way up.
