tricep dips, tricep extensions, tricep kickbacks, bench press, etc(you can google these) it helps if you have "wings" like I had.also any kind of other arm exercises will help, it will build muscle and help the appearance of your arms.but you wont spot reduce any fat there since you cant spot reduce. If its extra skin hanging then there may not be a whole lot that can be done except for surgery.

My flabby arms are not going anywhere, it's mostly loose skin unfortunately and no exercise will get rid of it... heck my arms look fantastic otherwise. So be prepared...

Flabby arms will only respond just so much to exercise. It's not out of shape muscle, it's just loose skin. If it's a lot of weight and you're really concerned, there is surgery, but then you will have a long scar. You can try laser treatments, but they don't do much. Just don't extend your arms out a lot. ;-) That's what I do. Other than that my muscle definition is quite good.

Push ups can help as well; return the weights you bought and get heavier ones---if you've ever carried a newborn, you can handle more than a three pound weight. To help achieve the results you want, you're going to need to use heavier weights.

Flab from fat loss is more than likely excess skin and exercise doesn't reduce it. You CAN increase muscle size to help push up against it, but unless the skin retracts in about a year, the options are acceptance or surgery.

Following advice from us strangers could make your shoulder worse. The proper person to talk to is a medical professional.. preferably a sports doctor or a physical therapist.
