    I confess I ate brownie bites and the rest of a 400 calorie cookie. I don't intend to log it. I do not, and won't feel bad or guilty about it ever!

    I think you are probably very wrong about your perception of yourself. You could try writing out a list of things you think you do well at and give it to a trusted someone to validate it and add to it. The lack of self-love is one of the worst places to be in life. I would recommend you seek professional help... someone who can equip you with the right tools (or medications) to correct your perception of yourself. You are a family man it looks like and you have a lovely family. I see at least 2 things you did perfectly brother. Love to you and yours... hang out with folks in here should help you as well.     you probably are good enough in all aspects of your life! maybe it's others that make you feel as though you're not... Most of the time that is the case x
